Thank you for your catering inquiry.We look forward to meeting you and hope to be able to accommodate all your catering needs.Please take a moment to look at our menu items and our suggested menus.Our main feature is that we are able to “Grill-On-Site” at your party or gathering while your guests are arriving.The food remains HOT and FRESHand goes directly from the grill to the chafing dishes.Your guests will be taken by all the wonderful smells and sights of cooking being done on site.Tables are set up in a “buffet type” setting and you may request servers if needed.We provide a wide variety of choices to suit your tastes.We are also able to assist you in networking to obtain great Polynesian entertainment.We also offer a full service bartender if needed.

We offer a variety of brand selections to suit the varying tastes of all our guests. Our Bar Manager will be happy to assist you with your special requests.
SETUP and LABOR CHARGES
A setup fee of $400.00 includes overhead cost to set up Bar and Beverage service. Bartender and assistant are included in setup charges for up to 4 hours. Cocktail orders by a server is an option for an additional private server fee of $50.00 for up to 4 hours. A $50.00 fee is charged for each additional hour for Bartender and assistant service.
